Office/Showroom Administrator
The Natural Curtain Company is looking for an experienced Office/Showroom Administrator, ideally from within the interiors and design retail sector.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an office environment
- Fluent written and spoken English
- High level of customer service experience
- A self-motivated team player
- Highly organised
- An eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel; knowledge of Photoshop also useful.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Dealing with voicemail messages
- Office Administration
- Customer Service
- Sending fabric Swatches to Customers
- Maintaining the Measuring and Fitting service - booking appointments
- and updating information and the calendar log
- Customer service queries via our NCC online outlets
- Processing Orders via showroom, phone and website
- Dealing with any customer phone or email queries or enquiries
- Dealing with customers quotes
- Order deliveries
- Updating any office log/database systems
- Assisting/advising customers in the Showroom
- Scanning documents
- Booking couriers
- Filing
- Post
- Making tea or coffee for customers
- Keeping the office/kitchen tidy
- Any other ad hoc duties
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
However, you will be required to work on some weekends. (If this is the case you will have time off in the week.)
