If you've ordered fabric, you should receive it in a few days (no longer than a week). If it's curtains or Roman blinds - it should reach you within two to five weeks. This depends on whether or not the fabric is in stock and how many other orders are waiting in the queue. If there is any kind of delay, we will try to contact you immediately. Please see below for a list of estimated lead times for all items if your fabric is in stock.
Once your order is complete it will automatically be sent directly to you by courier. Delivery can be any time during the day but you can pay extra for a timed morning service if you wish. The courier will require a signature but we're happy to deliver to a neighbour or a workplace if you're not going to be around.
