Fabric Products
When cancelling an order, you can only be guaranteed a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. For curtains and blind orders, after this 24-hour period, you will receive a 50% refund if work has already started on your made-to-measure curtains or roman blinds. Bedspreads and cushions are currently made to order and are also considered bespoke items. This means that refunds for cancelled order will be handled in the same way as curtains and blinds. In the case of a fabric order, if fabric has been rolled out, measured and cut (thereby rendered less valuable) a handling charge of £25 will be applied.
We want you to be happy with your new curtains, blinds, bedspreads or cushions so if there’s a problem, we will work very hard to sort it out. We will accept returns and consider replacements or full or partial refunds if there is a significant problem with the quality of manufacture or faults with the fabric. However, we cannot accept returns in situations where we have been given incorrect measurements.
Poles & Tracks
The majority of our tracks are cut to order and these are non-refundable unless faulty. Any pole or track products that have not been adjusted to your specifications can be returned within 14 days of receipt - a charge of £10 plus any carrier charges will be made for any of these items returned.
