For medium to heavy curtains. The perfect choice for bay windows.

All of our Silent Gliss tracks are cut down to the exact length you require and can be both wall and ceiling fixed. Just select a length from the drop-down menu and then in the box beneath enter the exact width that you want your track cut down to. Be sure to enter a length that’s smaller than the length you’ve selected from the drop-down menu. Note: This track is straight. For bay windows, it can be bent in our workshop. Corded tracks over 4m, we recommend an additional intermediate pully system.

To work out the length of the pole or track, you need to take into account the space needed for the curtains to be drawn back either side of the window. If you do not allow for enough space, your curtains will partly block the window as they are drawn. As a general rule, we suggest the length of your pole/track is the width of the window frame or window recess plus 15cm to 20cm on either side.
All pole measurements are that of the pole only, so always check that there is space at the end of the pole for the finial (the decorative bit).
If you are unsure of the pole length to choose, then choose the longer size as most poles (but not tracks) can be cut down to size

You can expect to receive your curtain poles or any tracks that aren't bent or cut to order within a week. If it's a custom-made order, it should be within 10 working days.

Pole and Track order cancellations
We truly value our customers. If there is a problem with your poles or tracks, we will always try and fix the issue.
If you'd like to cancel your pole or track order, we will be happy to do so as long as we are notified by email within 24 hours of your order.
Pole and Track Returns/Refunds
Because the majority of our tracks are cut to order, we are unable to refund them unless they are faulty.
However, some poles or tracks do not have to be adjusted to your order, in which case you can return them within 7 days of receipt and we will be able to refund you. To avoid disappointment, make sure that the product is returned within 7 days and that they are in the same condition as when you received them.
